A bar manager is an individual that is responsible for providing all material and equipment for the bar area only. Hiring a bar manager is the easiest way to go as they will ensure that your bar runs smoothly from start to finish.

- Responsible for ensuring materials are set up at the bar(cups, straws, napkins, shot glasses, fruit, etc.)
- All alcohol pick up
- Return all empty bottles
- Purchase liquid mixers, glasses, fruit etc.
- Obtain a liquor license
- Any additional requests based on approval from YEP
